The new urban masterplan for Sterudkvartalet is the result of a winning competition entry by edit and NSW Architects in 2019. Located in the heart of Moss city centre, Sterudkvartalet is a contextually grounded urban transformation and pilot project.

The masterplan is firmly rooted in the local landscape, providing a varied and vibrant framework for a lively urban centre. With an 11-metre drop in terrain across the site, the design creates a dynamic sequence of public spaces and residential areas for year-round enjoyment by both residents and visitors.
