The new landscape at Thereses gate 31 has been designed with the goal of creating a balance between the park, the historical quarter, the new architecture, and the local environment. The site has entry points from two different contexts: one from the urban atmosphere of Thereses gate, and the other from the tranquil surroundings of Stensparken. In such a context, a hierarchy of materials are used throughout the courtyard, transforming it into a linear garden within the city; where old cobbles meet new paving, lush vegetation filters into the urban passage, and a grain of tactility enriches the nature of the site.
