Fetsund, situated at the end of Norway’s largest water basin, occupies a unique geographical position that presents both opportunities and challenges.

In collaboration with LPO Architects, we build upon earlier studies to develop a new landscape strategy aimed at protecting the city from flooding.

The resulting framework plan balances urban living with the natural rhythms of the river. It introduces playful water features and integrates flood management through strategic use of vegetation—enhancing both functionality and visual appeal for the residents of Fetsund.
