The project OKL:UNG (Oslo Artwalk Youth) is a youth-driven art project supported by DNB Sparebankstiftelsen, dedicated to creating a new kind of art walk through Oslo—one shaped by the voices and visions of young people.
The project’s mission is to break down barriers between youth and the city’s art institutions. By reimagining how galleries and cultural spaces are experienced, OKL: UNG works to make contemporary art more visible, relevant, and accessible to a new generation.
At its core OKL:UNG (Oslo Artwalk Youth) is about more than just access to art. It’s about giving youth a sense of ownership in the city’s cultural life and in the public spaces they move through daily. By prioritizing inclusive and universal design, the project lays the groundwork for a more open, engaging, and youth-relevant art scene in Oslo.
